Therefore, under the authority delegated in AFI 36-2603, the applicant's records will be corrected as set forth in the accompanying Memorandum for the Chief of Staff signed by the Executive Director of the Board or his designee. Competent authority approved his entrance into a five-year Aviation Continuation Pay (ACP) Agreement, effective 1 October 2003, at $15,000 per year in annual installments, thereby establishing an Active Duty Service Commitment ending 30 September 2008. 2. As a result of his retirement on 30 September 2007, he fulfilled only four years of his Active Duty Service Commitment, and, therefore, is entitled to a total ACP payment of $60,000, rather than $75,000.
